Dylan was great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and kind! We are new homeowners and we’re scared when we realized we had a busted water shut-off and they came and fixed it up same day!

I had outdoor faucet that did not work. I scheduled an appointment online for service. They called me 30 minutes before arrival. The service tech arrived on time, was very polite. He found the problem right away. The job was finished in a timely manner with no issues. Highly recommend this company.

Very fast, friendly service at a reasonable.price. My leaking bathtub faucet was diagnosed and fixed in about an hour and a half. I could not be happier!

Excellent communication and customer service. Andy showed up exactly when he said he would and even though I wasn’t able to be there managed to fix my problem for me so I had my Central Air back up and running when I returned home. Couldn’t be happier with Dion’s Complete Plumbing , Heating & Cooling and the amazing service and communication Andy provided. 5 Stars!!!

My parents have an older home, with older plumbing. We needed some help fast because the home only has one bathroom. Some one was out fast for a quote/ work done/ back to working order. Happy parents.

Mr. Music came out fast and fixed a running toilet quickly with no mess. Price was good also.

My garbage disposal was leaking and they were able to come out same and get it fixed. No issues since. The guys that came out were very respectful and professional.

Dylan went above and beyond in installing our hot water heater and sump pump (which we found was inoperable at the last moment). Excellent customer service and technical plumbing skills. Highly recommend for any of your home projects or repairs.

I felt my tank style hot water heater was nearing the end of it's life. I had been thinking about getting a tankless water heater to replace it with. I gave Andy Dion, with Dion's Complete Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling a call. He had done previous work for me and with his knowledge, professionalism, communication skills, and work ethic, I could never call anyone else. He showed up on the scheduled day, right on time, and before I knew it, he was done. The install looks great, the cleanup was perfect, and the tankless water heater works flawlessly. I highly recommend Andy Dion.

I had an emergency. Andrew was there within 2 hours of when I called. The work was completed before 2:00 pm.

Water heater went out over the weekend. Called Andy on Monday morning and he was out at my house within about an hour of the phone call. Andy diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair or replace the old water heater. I went with the replace option and Andy came back the very next day and replaced the water heater with a new unit. Andy was FANTASTIC to work with, left the area cleaner than it was when he first arrived, was prompt and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use Dion's again for any services that I need done.

Inspected and repaired our SpacePak A/C system which was not cooling well. (SpacePak isn't serviced by everyone so it was a little more difficult for us to obtain services.) Dion's Complete came out within a few days of my contact. (I had tried 2 other companies ... one never returned my three calls and the other couldn't come out for several weeks.) Dion's Complete were timely and very professional. When delayed in traffic, they called to revise their arrival time which I appreciated. They found the issue and got it back up and running. Their fee was very reasonable and fair. Andrew Dion explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

These guys are awesome. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had Dion's bring my water heater to code by running gas hard pipe and copper lines for the hot and cold water. They additionally brought my water heater to code by changing out the old exhaust duct (3") for a 4" pipe. Excellent and good looking work.I also had them do rough-in plumbing for a 2nd sink in my bathroom so I could have a double vanity. They were able to easily run new PEX from my older copper pipe in the basement to the new sink. A water line for my ice maker in the kitchen was run from this new PEX. They also tied in the new drain with proper level to my main stack (cast iron) which they spliced into perfectly.The last project they worked on was running a gas line from the basement to the kitchen for my new gas range. The placement of my range presented some challenges, however the guys were able to come up with a great solution that looks great.Andy, Jake, and Josh couldn't have been nicer and I felt comfortable with them in my home, even when I had to leave. They are hard workers, great problem solvers, and they don't half-a** anything. Everything was double and triple checked before they left. I would highly recommend Dion's Complete for any work they do - not just plumbing.Thanks for all your help!
