"Kirk was very kind to let me know quite a bit and not charge but it didnt solve the money issue! Prices inflation and how to pay! I am happy with the time and wonder if it was 1000 total after tax and all to do that valve in the shower I would be able to do it with a senior or veteran discount and use a credit card I have! Meanwhile he told me about state of michigan conventional loan where I pay 75 monthly and 2 percent I wonder if we could do that with a full out price of 1k. And perhaps have my water heater replaced too for a price with a military discount? If I get approved with a conventional loan thru your company and please take the patience and time regarding this to do this soon. Where do I find out about the loan thru state and is it with help from your company helping me apply or is it separate me doing so. What number do I call????"

"I called about a washer leak and they came that same day within a couple hours. Excellent and prompt service. I would use them again."

"Andy Dion is the most honest and trustworthy owner and operator I have ever experienced. We informed him of the pervious companies estimate and suggested route. He said that’s was ridiculous! There would be no need to pay 14k! We got a brand new furnace installed for substantially less than previously quoted! He gave multiple options and lots of detailed information. He was patient and extremely well versed. I would not go anywhere else EVER! They are going to my mom’s house next to do a safety inspection and give an estimate for a generator to be installed. They care about being honest so they can sleep at night knowing they haven’t screwed anyone over! Below is my experience prior to Andy coming and literally tossing that trash estimate in the garbage! Don’t feel comfortable calling someone to fix something knowing that majority of the time they are bamboozlers!?! We called Davison Heating and Cooling (Now Davison Home Improvements)….Didnt feel comfortable immediately. The technician came way before the window and my husband wasn’t home yet. He proceeded to try and get me to finance a 14k hvac and said a bunch of nonsense about how the AC has to be replaced too if not it will void the warranty. I paid the man and told him to get out. Lesson learned Call Dion’s!!!!!!!!!"

"Travis was prompt, courteous, thorough & efficient! He explained all my options & answered all my questions regarding Sump Pump replacement. (He was also most pleasant!) Dion's is lucky to have him on the team! I see exactly why this company has rave reviews - gladly adding mine! I am a completely satisfied customer! Thanks Dion's & thanks Travis from me to you!"

"These guys are awesome. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had Dion's bring my water heater to code by running gas hard pipe and copper lines for the hot and cold water. They additionally brought my water heater to code by changing out the old exhaust duct (3") for a 4" pipe. Excellent and good looking work. I also had them do rough-in plumbing for a 2nd sink in my bathroom so I could have a double vanity. They were able to easily run new PEX from my older copper pipe in the basement to the new sink. A water line for my ice maker in the kitchen was run from this new PEX. They also tied in the new drain with proper level to my main stack (cast iron) which they spliced into perfectly. The last project they worked on was running a gas line from the basement to the kitchen for my new gas range. The placement of my range presented some challenges, however the guys were able to come up with a great solution that looks great. Andy, Jake, and Josh couldn't have been nicer and I felt comfortable with them in my home, even when I had to leave. They are hard workers, great problem solvers, and they don't half-a** anything. Everything was double and triple checked before they left. I would highly recommend Dion's Complete for any work they do - not just plumbing. Thanks for all your help!"

"I would give them a hundred stars if I could very respectful very professional and very smart on point accuracy on point 😉 and fast . 💯 ⭐'s"

"Inspected and repaired our SpacePak A/C system which was not cooling well. (SpacePak isn't serviced by everyone so it was a little more difficult for us to obtain services.) Dion's Complete came out within a few days of my contact. (I had tried 2 other companies ... one never returned my three calls and the other couldn't come out for several weeks.) Dion's Complete were timely and very professional. When delayed in traffic, they called to revise their arrival time which I appreciated. They found the issue and got it back up and running. Their fee was very reasonable and fair. Andrew Dion explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again."

"Water heater went out over the weekend. Called Andy on Monday morning and he was out at my house within about an hour of the phone call. Andy diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair or replace the old water heater. I went with the replace option and Andy came back the very next day and replaced the water heater with a new unit. Andy was FANTASTIC to work with, left the area cleaner than it was when he first arrived, was prompt and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use Dion's again for any services that I need done."

"I installed a new hot water tank myself but was unable to get the pilot to light. I called Dion’s to get a technician out to help me troubleshoot the issue. Instead of sending a tech out and wasting my time and money Andrew helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Based on this interaction alone if I were ever to need a plumber again this would be the company. Thank you so much for the help."

"Awesome service. Honest and polite. I was really impressed with Andy. He was thorough and efficient. New review a year later...couldn't leave two separate reviews. Had them out again a year later for my water heater. And I really cant say enough good about this company. Im pretty sure it was Kirk this time. Very knowledgeable, prompt service, just super professional. Nowadays you dont know if someone is going to charge for something you dont need bc theres so many greedy companies but this company is really one of the rare remaining good honest ones out there. I wish everyone was like that. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Thank you guys!"

"Very professional and was quick on providing a quote"

"Extremely pleased with the company and the gentleman Andy that came to do the service! Highly recommend them! Everyone I spoke with on the phone prior to service were very helpful and so nice. Thank you all so so much!"

"VERY happy with Dions and Josh - the tech who did the work. I had a basement drain that was backing up , and as I thought it was (several ) blockages in the nearly 200 feet of clay tile drain. This was not an easy job he cleaned out 120 feet (rom the 'exit') and everything worked fine. (the 75 feet from the drain itself was snaked by some other inferior company)Nice to deal with some one who knows what they are doing, and quite frankly are nice. HUGE potential problem taken off my mind DEFINITLY recommend them!!!"

"Super fast, super professional. Huge shout out to Andy for coming out and helping fix the air conditioning on such short notice. Hard to find reliable services these days, but will definitely be returning to Dion's!"

"Jacob was fantastic from start to finish. My wife and I had just moved into our new home and ran into an issue with the toilet. He texted us updates about his arrival time—which not every company does—and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was thorough, professional, and got the issue resolved quickly and affordably. While he was here, we mentioned a few other plumbing concerns we’d been putting off. Jacob took the time to walk us through our options without any pressure. We appreciated how honest and informative he was, and ended up moving forward with a couple of those projects because of the trust he built. You can tell Jacob genuinely cares about his work and the people he’s helping. If you’re looking for someone who’s friendly, knowledgeable, and won’t try to upsell or overcharge you, Dion Plumbing is the place to call."

"First time I used this company, they seemed to be highly ethical and professional. Josh, the young Technician was highly intelligent, very analytical, he tested all options one by one, taking the time to find out the issue. I have been a home owner for at least 50 years, this young man is very impressive with the way he resolved the issues, and took appropriate preventative steps for future safety of the equipment. I joined their annual service plan. Highly recommend this company and especially Joshvs"

Couldn’t have asked for better service or a friendlier technician. Thank you Kirk and Dion’s plumbing."

"Fast and helpful!"

"Kirk was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The job ended up being bigger than initially expected as there was many problems due to the age of our sink, the mistakes of the previous homeowners, and hidden damage that wasn't possible to see until he started to take apart the floor board underneath the sink. But he kept a positive and professional attitude the entire time even when it became an all-day job. We were very impressed and very happy with the end results. We have a few more jobs that we would like to have done in the spring once we can afford it and will happily use Dion's Complete Plumbing, Heating and Cooling again and we will specifically request Kirk to be our technician again."
