He was patient and extremely well versed. I would not go anywhere else EVER! They are going to my mom’s house next to do a safety inspection and give an estimate for a generator to be installed. They care about being honest so they can sleep at night knowing they haven’t screwed anyone over! Below is my experience prior to Andy coming and literally tossing that trash estimate in the garbage! Don’t feel comfortable calling someone to fix something knowing that majority of the time they are bamboozlers!?! We called Davison Heating and Cooling (Now Davison Home Improvements)….Didnt feel comfortable immediately. The technician came way before the window and my husband wasn’t home yet. He proceeded to try and get me to finance a 14k hvac and said a bunch of nonsense about how the AC has to be replaced too if not it will void the warranty. I paid the man and told him to get out. "These guys are awesome. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had Dion's bring my water heater to code by running gas hard pipe and copper lines for the hot and cold water. They additionally brought my water heater to code by changing out the old exhaust duct (3") for a 4" pipe. Excellent and good looking work. I also had them do rough-in plumbing for a 2nd sink in my bathroom so I could have a double vanity. They were able to easily run new PEX from my older copper pipe in the basement to the new sink. A water line for my ice maker in the kitchen was run from this new PEX. They also tied in the new drain with proper level to my main stack (cast iron) which they spliced into perfectly. The last project they worked on was running a gas line from the basement to the kitchen for my new gas range. The placement of my range presented some challenges, however the guys were able to come up with a great solution that looks great. Andy, Jake, and Josh couldn't have been nicer and I felt comfortable with them in my home, even when I had to leave. They are hard workers, great problem solvers, and they don't half-a** anything. Everything was double and triple checked before they left. I would highly recommend Dion's Complete for any work they do - not just plumbing. Thanks for all your help!"

"Inspected and repaired our SpacePak A/C system which was not cooling well. (SpacePak isn't serviced by everyone so it was a little more difficult for us to obtain services.) Dion's Complete came out within a few days of my contact. (I had tried 2 other companies ... one never returned my three calls and the other couldn't come out for several weeks.) Dion's Complete were timely and very professional. When delayed in traffic, they called to revise their arrival time which I appreciated. They found the issue and got it back up and running. Their fee was very reasonable and fair. Andrew Dion explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again."
