Submitting a service request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. After your request is received, we will contact you via phone, email, or text message to confirm scheduling details.
Services may be performed by owner-operators, employees, teams, or referral partners depending on availability and location. All providers are expected to meet professional standards; however, they operate independently.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to safety concerns, hazardous conditions, inappropriate behavior, or lack of necessary utilities (such as water or electricity). If a service is terminated under these conditions, applicable fees may still apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the service area is safe, accessible, and ready for work. Any special requirements (such as moving heavy items or providing access to restricted areas) must be arranged in advance.
While we strive to work around pets, customers must ensure animals are properly secured if they pose any risk. If a provider feels unsafe due to an animal, the service may be canceled and the cancellation policy will apply.
Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. If actual site conditions differ, additional charges may apply. Any adjustments will be discussed prior to continuing the service whenever possible.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We may place a temporary hold on your payment method prior to the appointment to verify funds.
Refunds are not typically provided. However, if there is an issue with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can review and address the concern.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Failure to provide notice, or inability to access the property at the scheduled time, may result in a cancellation fee up to the full service amount.
We take reasonable care to avoid damage; however, we are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or items not disclosed prior to service. Service providers may carry their own insurance where applicable.
You must ensure access to the service location at the scheduled time. If access is not provided and we cannot reach you within 30 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and charged in full.
You agree not to directly hire or solicit any service provider introduced through us for similar services for a period of one (1) year following your service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state or province where the service is performed.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
